Database used: DATABASE_REPORTS,DATABASE_ECONTHEN_PORTAL,DATABASE_NOTIFY_DASHBOARD

It will read to and cc emails from fcsus_scripts_details(DATABASE_REPORTS db) where id=45


This will create csv file if satisfy following conditions
